Vegetation management and neighborhood fuel reduction programs

The CVCFSC is proud to have a history of offering free Chipper Days throughout Ventura County thanks in part to grant funding.  The Chip Away for Fire Safety Program is currently underway with funding provide by a grant from the Cooperative Fire Program of the U.S. Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, Pacific Southwest Region, through the California Fire Safe Council.  It is anticipated that the chipper day calendar will be available in September 2017 with Chipper Days to start in 2018.   For more information please email Project Manager Charlotte Crocker at charlotte@cvcfiresafe.org
